Take a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients in it together, combine the entire mixture. Now, add the vanilla extract and vegan milk to this mixture
Then, pour the mixed batter in a quirt bottle or in a zip lock bag from where you can cut a hole from the edge from where the batter can come out
Take a frying pan, add in half inch of oil and let it heat on high flame. Once the pan and the oil is all hot, squirt out the batter from the bottle or zip lock bag over the oil in parts. Let each part of the dough get heated for 2 to 3 minutes on each sides
Then take the dough formed funnel cakes pieces out in a towel and sprinkle in the sauces (chocolate or custard or any other) and over that sprinkle any dip
