Although not a perfect dessert recipe, I use my Bechamel sauce for a number of purposes. I use it for dishes like Pasta, Pesto, Fries, Sandwich, truffles, Lasagna, salad dressing and cake dressing. Yes, it might sound a little different but, I do use it for cake dressing too. It gives the sweet flavory taste to my cake. I tried it with the rhubarb cake and it tastes just perfect.
If you use it with the veggies or pasta, it gives you a very unique gravy taste. This white sauce is cheesy and creamy which can be used in any recipe of your choice. Overall, you get a sweet, tangy and flavory taste with the Bachamel sauce. Also, with this vegan variation of Bechamel sauce, it becomes more healthy and environmental friendly.

Now, lower the flame from medium to low and add a cup of soy milk and mix again
Then, add the onion powder, nutmeg and salt to the bowl, after this, again add a cup of soy milk and now mix all the ingredients in the bowl (make sure there are no limps left)
