Have ever thought of an avocado cake recipe? When I first thought of it, I too felt the same thing. But, once I prepared one, it became a part of my diet. I and my family have in once in 3-4 weeks. For the people who love to have cheese cakes, you will forget about the normal versions of it post you have this healthy avocado version of it. You can also try out rhubarb cake, which is healthy too.

In Central America, you find a number of dishes prepared out of avocado. Even while you are on a diet, these dishes can save you from having any flavor-less dish to these tasty healthy dishes. One among such dishes is the avocado cheese cake. Doesn’t it sound delicious?

This avocado cheese cake recipe is raw, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and most importantly vegan. Avocado is known for its nutrient rich capacity. So, this vegan avocado cheesecake recipe gives you a healthy cake which contains a lot of unsaturated fats and is super low in carbs. There is no need for you to check on any ingredient in this recipe as all of them are completely vegan-friendly and nutrient rich. Let’s have a look at the recipe below.

Vegan Avocado Cheesecake Recipe

 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
 100 g Fine Oats
 1 tbsp Pancake Syrup
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 50 ml Water

First, take a medium-sized bowl and add all the ingredients for crust – Peanut butter, oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and water

Mix all the crust ingredients properly without lumps to form a crumbly mixture

Now, take a small silicon mold and press the entire crust mixture in the bottom of that mold

For the cheese cake, take all the ingredients – Avocados, lime juice, lime zest, cream and xylit and blend them all together using a blender

Now pour in the blended mixture into the silicon mold above the crust

Then, let it freeze for around 2 hours in the freezer. Once it is frozen, remove it and decorate your cheesecake and enjoy the delightful dish
