Almond Milk Pancakes Recipe

This homemade pancake recipe is very easy to prepare for the beginners too. You can get started at anytime and it is ready in around half an hour – isn’t that fun? You will love the taste of it like we all love the sugar cookies! Now, let’s get started with the recipe.

Almond Milk Pancakes Recipe

 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
 3 tbsp Sugar
 4 tsp Baking Powder
 2 cups Vanilla Almond Milk (you can add flavorless almond milk and then add vanilla extract to it)
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ cup Flaxseed (Soaked in water)
 4 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tsp Salt

Take a large bowl, add dry ingredients like flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and mix all the ingredients together

Now, make a well in the middle of the mixture, add the wet ingredients one by one – almond milk, vanilla extract, flaxseed and oil

Then stir in a single direction and combine the entire mixture to form a smooth paste of it

Now, take a griddle, heat it on a medium flame and add butter to it

Then, pour one part of the pancake mixture into the griddle, when there form some bubbles, you will have to use spatula and mix – cook like this for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile cook the other side for 30 seconds and then take it out. Now, you can serve with a syrup or even with the Bechamel sauce.
