The time I turned vegan, I didn’t take it to them as it would have been quite a lot difficult for them. I slowly changed their lifestyle and diet habits to the vegan one. But that I did by adding a better than the previous non-vegan alternative. As most vegan products are healthier than its non-vegan alternatives.

Along with health, I tried to take care of the taste too. Hence, I made a number of vegan desserts and other meals. As the ice cream cakes from Dairy Queen are everyone’s favorite, I decided to prepare this delicious dessert for the vegan cookie con event. Pound cakes are love to eat for its fluffy and flavory taste like the vegan cupcakes. They are moist dense and delicious to have. They are filling like the date pudding but are not heavy to the stomach. It is a delightful sweet morning snack like the buckwheat pancakes. You can also add on some almonds to the recipe to form a more delicious version of it.

Initially pound cakes were made by combining butter, sugar, eggs and flour. But as we are preparing the vegan version of it, we replace all the non-vegan ingredients to their vegan alternatives along with some more vegan ingredients that would enhance its taste. You can have it along with the delicious vegan custard or vegan buttercream over it, to enjoy the fluffy cake.

Now let the cake cool down at room temperature and then you can add some Bechamel Sauce over it to enjoy your amazing pound cake. You need to take care of preventing your vegan pound cake from browning as it is more likely to be burnt. So, how will you take care of it? you can tent the cake in the foil for the last 20 minutes of the baking. This means while your cake is getting baked for an hour, you will have to stop microwaving it after around 40 minutes and foil it after which you can again microwave it and keep it safe from browning.

But you do not have to worry about it, in this amazing recipe below, there are no dairy or any other non-vegan ingredients in it. So, you can indefinitely enjoy the yummy taste of it like the date pudding or the fudgy brownie.

The commonly found Nutella flavor is hazelnut which is loved by most of us because of it undefining taste. So, in the following recipe, we will be using this hazelnut in this recipe to give you a perfect feel of the non-vegan variant of Nutella like the rhubarb hazelnut cake.
