The following recipe is quick, affordable, easy, crispy, crunchy, egg free and can be eaten with different condiments like vegan custard, vegan Nutella and many more. This is because they are made of vanilla flavor and thus doesn’t have a lot of flavory content in it which allows the condiment or the additional toppings to give it an extra taste. Let’s have a look at the vegan funnel cake recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup Plant-Based Milk
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 pinch Salt
Powdered Sugar for Sprinkling

Directions

Take a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients in it together, combine the entire mixture. Now, add the vanilla extract and vegan milk to this mixture

Then, pour the mixed batter in a quirt bottle or in a zip lock bag from where you can cut a hole from the edge from where the batter can come out

Take a frying pan, add in half inch of oil and let it heat on high flame. Once the pan and the oil is all hot, squirt out the batter from the bottle or zip lock bag over the oil in parts. Let each part of the dough get heated for 2 to 3 minutes on each sides

Then take the dough formed funnel cakes pieces out in a towel and sprinkle in the sauces (chocolate or custard or any other) and over that sprinkle any dip

Vegan Ice Cream Cakes Recipe

With a variety of vegan alternatives for each ingredient, preparing vegan ice cream cake becomes super simple. But it isn’t as simple as preparing a dairy ice cream. So, you need to be patient while you prepare these vegan recipes like the vegan cupcake recipe. If you want to celebrate the event tomorrow afternoon, then you must start preparing for it today in the evening itself. Let’s start with the recipe now.

Ingredients

For Ice Cream Cake
1 l Chocolate Ice Cream (Vegan Version)
8 qts Chocolate and Vanilla Cookies (Like Oreos)
1 tbsp Vegan Sprinkles
For Chocolate Fudge Layer
¾ cup Sweet Chocolate Chips (Vegan Version)
⅓ cup Coconut Cream (Thick Coconut milk portion)
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Corn Syrup
1 pinch Sea Salt

Directions

Take a 9-inch springform cake pan and wrap the plastic from all sides except the bottom

Then, take the chocolate ice cream out of the freezer and place contents in the large mixing bowl. Keep it over the pan and let it soften for the next 15-20 minutes to get a smooth as well as soft texture

Once the ice cream melts, spread into an even layer and let it get feezed for around an hour. Until the ice cream layer gets freezed up, let’s prepare the chocolate fudge and cookie layer

Take a double boiler, add in all the ingredients from the fudge layer. Now, on the medium flame, slowly melt all the ingredients. While you do so, stir it frequently. Once all the ingredients are melted, they combine well, then remove it from the heat and leave it aside

Take a small food processor, add in chocolate and vanilla cream cookies, pulse it for a few times and let it all get broken

Take the pan out of the freezer, now add the fudge over the ice cream and spread its layer over the ice cream after which make a layer of cookies crumbs over it and let it get freezed for an hour again. After that, make a layer of buttercream over your cake and keep it in the freezer for a night.

Vegan Pound Cake No Tofu Recipe

While in the traditional pound cake recipe, eggs were used for its vegan version we will use flax egg or flax seeds. In place of the non-vegan butter we will use the vegan butter alternatives. Like we use in the Rhubarb Hazelnut cake recipe. Now let us look at the delicious vegan pound cake recipe.

Ingredients

260 g Self – Raising Flour
½ cup Vegan Butter
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Vegan Buttermilk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Take an electric mixture bowl, add the vegan butter, cream, sugar and vanilla extract to it. Now, mix all these ingredients in the electric mixture.

Take another mixing bowl, add the flour and baking powder along with the salt and mix all the dry ingredients.

Then in the same bowl from Step 2, add vegan butter and sugar and properly mix all the ingredients until sugar melts.

Now add the ingredients from Step 1 into the large bowl and now add the buttermilk into the bowl. Whisk it properly so it doesn’t form any lumps (Whisk it on one side only). Look into it that the batter is smooth.

Now transfer the cake batter on the baking sheet of your microwave oven. Let it get baked for around 1 hour. Once it done, pinch a stick into it and check whether its properly baked on it.

Vegan Avocado Cheesecake

Vegan Avocado Cheesecake Recipe

This avocado cheese cake recipe is raw, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and most importantly vegan. Avocado is known for its nutrient rich capacity. So, this vegan avocado cheesecake recipe gives you a healthy cake which contains a lot of unsaturated fats and is super low in carbs. There is no need for you to check on any ingredient in this recipe as all of them are completely vegan-friendly and nutrient rich. Let’s have a look at the recipe below.

Ingredients

3 tbsp Peanut Butter
100 g Fine Oats
1 tbsp Pancake Syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon
50 ml Water

Directions

First, take a medium-sized bowl and add all the ingredients for crust – Peanut butter, oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and water

Mix all the crust ingredients properly without lumps to form a crumbly mixture

Now, take a small silicon mold and press the entire crust mixture in the bottom of that mold

For the cheese cake, take all the ingredients – Avocados, lime juice, lime zest, cream and xylit and blend them all together using a blender

Now pour in the blended mixture into the silicon mold above the crust

Then, let it freeze for around 2 hours in the freezer. Once it is frozen, remove it and decorate your cheesecake and enjoy the delightful dish
