Vegan Ravioli Recipe Easy Dough and Fillings

Vegan Ravioli Recipe

Although this too, like the vegan gnocchi is not perfectly a vegan dessert but, you can have them in your snacks and enjoy your snack too. The Ravioli’s that you get post preparing it with the following recipe is smooth, soft and a lot flavorsome. If you use the garlic oil, you won’t even require ketchup or other sauces to enjoy this delicious dish.

They are as soft as a vegan cupcake or a vegan brownie. If you assume that vegan ravioli cannot be as tasty as the non-vegan version of it, then you are absolutely wrong. Because after trying this delicious ricotta ravioli, you won’t remember the taste of the non-vegan version of it at all. I can say this without any doubt as this ricotta ravioli is not only vegan-friendly but also it is a lot bougie.

Vegan Fluffy Almond Milk Pancakes Recipe

Almond Milk Pancakes Recipe

Vegan pancakes varieties are numerous and you will love each one of them for their yummy-licious properties. You must have already tried out the tasty Buckwheat pancakes and the amazing vegan pancakes syrup. So now, here you can check my amazing pancake recipe which I prepared at the vegan cookie con fest and received a lot of appreciation for. This recipe might not be as healthy as that of the buckwheat one but you can definitely say that it is as good or sometimes even better than that one.

You can have this pancakes in your breakfast or on a coffee or even as a dessert along with some vegan chocolate sauce or vegan custard. We have also had it with the Swiss buttercream – it tastes heavenly. You must try it once at least (after which you won’t ever forget the taste of it).

These almond milk pancakes are super fluffy and light. The taste of vanilla in this homemade pancakes gives you a filling and satisfying feeling like when you have the yummy date pudding or the fudgy brownie.

The difference between cow’s milk and almond milk is very minimal wherein we can say the almond milk is the perfect alternative to the cow’s milk in terms of nutrients. Just that the cow’s milk is an animal by-product whereas almond milk is completely plant-based. Almond milk is perfect for people with lactose intolerance or are vegan.

Dairy-Free Brownies

Most of the non-vegans feel that veganism is about cutting down on your food and so, you won’t be able to enjoy many varieties of cuisines around the world. But that’s not true, there is avegan version of almost everything around the world. We have tried healthy vegan Buckwheat Pancakes, vegan custard, date pudding and now we will be trying out the delicious dairy-free vegan brownies. Yes! That means you do have a vegan version of chocolates available too.

These brownies are easy dairy-free dessert that just needs a little to be done. While it gets all cooked up, it becomes difficult to wait to have this tasty dish. They are moist, fluffy, flavorful and rich in taste. For many dessert recipes like the dairy-free sugar cookies recipe, we make use of all-purpose flour. You can also use cake flour as that form softer dough. But cake flour contains gluten and as I am preparing gluten-free recipe at the vegan cookie con, I am using all-purpose flour only.

Vegan and Dairy-Free Sugar Cookies Recipe

If you are using olive oil, in this recipe or in any other dessert, then you must always use light olive oil that is written on the pack of the olive oil brand. Here, you will also be using chocolate chips and chocolate in this recipe then you will have to purchase vegan chocolate available in the market.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cups of All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ Cup of Olive Oil
  • 1& ½ Tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups of Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup of Quinoa Flakes
  • ½ Cups of Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 Cups of Choco Chips
  • 1 Pinch of Salt

Directions

Step 1: Preheat your oven at 325 Degrees Fahrenheit for creating an environment for the brownies

Step 2: Take a large bowl and add dry ingredients like sugar, cocoa, flour and salt into the bowl

Step 3: Mix all the ingredients by whisking it all together

Step 4: Now, add the wet ingredients like quinoa flakes, water, oil and Vanilla extract. And again, mix the entire batter. Make it smooth and runny

Step 5: Using a baking spatula, pour the batter into a baking pan of around 8 * 8 size lined with a parchment paper or any other baking sheet

Step 6: Put the baking sheet inside and let it heat for around 30 minutes or till the time a toothpick comes out clean when poked in

Step 7: Once all baked, remove the pan and let it cool

Once it cools down, you can cut into sizes you like and serve. If you want to serve them hot, then you need to cool it down, cut into pieces and then reheat in the microwave to have it hot. Along with the hot brownie, you can have ice cream for a treaty delight. You can also try out vegan cupcakes or vegan buttercream frosting for a tasty dessert other than the brownies.
